Gleason will even allow Gristina, 44, her four kids and her third husband, Kelvin, to stay at his North Moore Street condo if the judge doesn’t want her to leave the Big Apple, according to the affidavit to be filed today.
Gleason’s home — with four rooms and two baths — is worth about $2.5 million.
Gristina is offering to wear a monitoring ankle bracelet if the judge signs off on the deal.
The development comes as her beautiful alleged accomplice, Miss Baker, is expected to turn herself in today to answer a promoting-prostitution charge.
The blond Baker has been considered a fugitive, although friends said she has simply been visiting family out of town.
As for Gristina, she has been at Rikers Island since Feb. 22, when she was charged with a single count of promoting prostitution after a five-year investigation by the DA’s Public Corruption Unit, which prosecutes police and public officials. Sources have said authorities suspect she may have been protected by some cops and even DA employees.
Gleason was hired by Gristina after grabbing her attention through his vocal criticism of the Village Voice’s adult ads.
Those escort and massage ads, found in its back pages and online at BackPage.com, promote human trafficking and the exploitation of women, Gleason has said.
