A nude model who was busted for dropping her drawers in Times Square plans to drop a suit on the city today.
Zoe West will claim her civil rights were violated when cops arrested her during a public body-painting project last year, said her lawyer, Ron Kuby.
“It is not illegal to be naked in New York as long as you are doing it for the purpose of a play, exhibition, performance or show,” the civil-rights lawyer said.
Kuby also jokingly insisted that West “wasn’t really naked” because “she was wearing a coat of paint.”
The petite brunette, 22, was posing at the corner of Broadway and West 44th Street on Aug. 30 when she stepped out of a G-string for the final touches of artist Andy Golub’s brush.
A crew of cops arrived about an hour later, slapped the multicolored human canvas into a set of handcuffs, and hauled her off from the Crossroads of the World in a police van.
No charges were filed, however, and she was released about two hours later.
