No deal.

A busty blond former cheerleader shot down a plea agreement Friday, choosing instead to stand trial for allegedly offering a 12-year-old boy oral sex at a party earlier this year.

Elizabeth Garner said she was assaulted by the boy’s mother, who has had a long, tumultuous relationship with Garner’s brother.

Elizabeth (Leigh) Garner, 42, a one-time cheerleader for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans, is accused of trying to seduce the preteen by fondling his penis and trying to pull down his pants. She allegedly followed the boy to the bathroom during a party at his parents’ house and, police say, asked if he’d “ever been with a woman.

The former cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans allegedly asked the 12-year-old if he had ‘ever been with a woman.’

Garner told WSMV-TV that she was actually assaulted by the boy’s mother, who has had a long, tumultuous relationship with Garner’s brother. The boy’s mother threatened to file a false child abuse allegation in the past, Garner said, a recording of which Garner said she has in her possession.

The busty blond later said she was ‘drunk that evening and she got the boy confused with a man’ also at the party.

“If you can’t tell the difference between a 12-year-old and an adult, then there are problems,” Murfreesboro police officer Kyle Evans told News Channel 5.

The terms of the plea deal were not immediately known. Garner will now go to trial in November. If convicted, the former cheerleader faces eight years in prison.
